1. What data we collect

CourtDraw collects the minimum data necessary to provide the service:

• Email address — when you create an account or upgrade to Pro, we store your email to manage your subscription and send transactional emails.
• Usage data — anonymous, aggregated data about how the app is used (e.g. which courts are popular). This data cannot identify you personally.
• Payment information — all payment processing is handled by Stripe. CourtDraw never stores, sees, or touches your card number or banking details. Stripe stores payment data on our behalf under their own security and compliance standards.
• Tactics data — your saved tactics are stored locally in your browser's localStorage. On Pro and Club plans, tactics may also be synced to Firestore (Google Cloud) to enable cross-device access.

2. How we use your data

We use the data we collect exclusively to:

• Provide and improve the CourtDraw service
• Process your subscription payments via Stripe
• Send transactional emails (welcome, payment confirmation, billing issues)
• Respond to support requests you send us

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-party services

CourtDraw uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Firebase / Google — authentication and database. policies.google.com/privacy
• Netlify — hosting and serverless functions. netlify.com/privacy
• Resend — transactional email delivery. resend.com/privacy

4. Cookies and local storage

CourtDraw uses browser localStorage to save your tactics, preferences, and free-tier court selection locally on your device. This data never leaves your device unless you are signed in to a syncing plan.

We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. If a session cookie is set by Firebase for authentication, it is strictly necessary for the service to function.

5. Data retention and deletion

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your account data is retained for 90 days before being deleted, in case you wish to resubscribe.

You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing Courtdraw.info@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

6. Data security

Your data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure, which is SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certified. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Payment data is processed by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.

7. Children's privacy

CourtDraw is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email (if you have an account) or by posting a notice on the site. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
