By accessing or using CourtDraw ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.
CourtDraw is a web-based court diagram tool designed for sports coaches. It allows you to draw plays, position player tokens, and export diagrams for 37+ sports. The Service is available as a free tier and paid subscription (Pro and Club plans).

You may use the free tier of CourtDraw without creating an account. Your free-tier data is stored in your browser's local storage and is not backed up by CourtDraw.
Subscription plans (Pro and Club) are billed either monthly or annually, as selected at checkout. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing portal (powered by Stripe). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
Refunds: All subscription payments are non-refundable. By subscribing you authorise CourtDraw to charge your payment method for the selected billing period immediately upon purchase. If you have a question about a charge, email Courtdraw.info@gmail.com.
Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect.
CourtDraw owns the platform, codebase, court designs, visual design, and all associated intellectual property.
You own the tactics and diagrams you create using CourtDraw. By using the Service, you grant CourtDraw a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You agree not to:
CourtDraw reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
You may delete your account at any time by emailing Courtdraw.info@gmail.com.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
CourtDraw does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CourtDraw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email (if you have an account) or by posting a notice on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
